Individuals

Individual athletes will compete in the following categories:

1. Male & Female Elite - Open for all ages.
2. Male & Female Rx - Open for all ages.
3. Male & Female Scaled - Open for all ages.
4. Male & Female 35+ (must be 35 years + on or before the 6th of April 2025).
5. Male & Female 40+ (must be 40 years + on or before the 6th of April 2025).
6. Male & Female 45+ (must be 45 years + on or before the 6th of April 2025).
7. Male & Female 50+ (must be 50 years + on or before the 6th of April 2025).
8. Male & Female 55+ (must be 55 years + on or before the 6th of April 2025).
9. Teenage Boys & Girls 18- (must be under 18 years till the 4th of April 2025).

Individual Athletes participate in Online Qualifiers.

Team competitors compete in the following categories:

1. Team Elite Men – Teams consisting of 2 Male athletes.
2. Team Rx Mix - Teams consisting of 1 Male and 1 Female athlete.
3. Team Scaled Men – Teams consisting of 2 Male athletes.
4. Team Scaled Mix – Teams consisting of 1 Male and 1 Female athlete.

Team athletes DO NOT participate in Online Qualifiers.
